Hey everyone
I hope you are having a fantastic week and are keeping cool in this extremely hot weather.
Ever since I was younger I have battled a lot with major anxiety and I have been trying to figure out a healthy way to deal with it.
Throughout the years there have been a lot of hobbies I have started and most of those hobbies have really helped with my anxiety a lot. Playing tennis has always been something that I have loved to do and now that I work at a sports club, I have started playing tennis weekly again and I am loving it and it has been helping me a lot to manage my anxiety because when I hit the tennis ball it feels like I am hitting all my stresses away and for just that one hour alone, my stresses fade away, this also works with Padel because it is a mix of squash and tennis and also has become one of my favourite sports to play.
For about 3-4 years I have been doing dancing as well and that has been a very good outlet because it has allowed me to just disappear from everything for an hour and just be with awesome people and just focusing on dancing to the music and letting myself go and become completely relaxed, my new favourite form of dance is hiphop, I also love ballroom, latin, contemporary and even though I don’t get to do it a lot, I also like ballet.
I love to do Paint by Numbers and Diamond Painting because making something look beautiful on paper is the perfect way to creatively express yourself.
Last but not least is writing, writing for Kickass Bosslady Magazine, my Estates newsletter and writing my posts for my blog so that I can share my thoughts with you all. Out of all of the things I have mentioned above, taking all of my thoughts and opinions and writing about them and sharing it with you guys is the best way I could ever think of expressing myself creatively and emotionally.
Thank you for reading my post, I hope you all have found your own ways of dealing with your stresses if you have any. If you would like to share your thoughts with me then please do because I would love to hear anything and everything that you guys have to say.
I would like to end this post with a quote by Erma Bombeck “Worry is like a rocking chair: it gives you something to do but never gets you anywhere”.

Nice Blog.
Regards,
Wayne
