Hey everyone

I hope you all had a great day today and an awesome week so far.

I have realised that doing something that makes me smile, makes me feel really good and happy. Making somebody else smile is the most rewarding feeling in the world. With all the different emotional feelings people have been going through, it is always a good idea to take a moment and realise that not all things in life are bad and that smiling at least once a day can make a whole lot of difference.

There are some people who are really battling during this pandemic with money, housing and even food, so take a little time out of your day to donate some clothes to them or even food, it will be the best feeling in the world, because seeing their happiness will double the amount of happiness that you are feeling.

Remember, that if you smile at someone, they generally smile back at you.

Hey everyone

My seventh and final book is called The Promise by Lesley Pearse.

This book is about a lady named Belle Reilly and her husband Jimmy enlists for the army and heads for the deadly trenches of northern France. This is a very good book and I highly recommend you all read it, especially if you are a lover of forbidden love.

The next book I have decided to tell you about is called Georgia by Lesley Pearse

This book is about a nine year old girl named Georgia James who gets fostered by Celia and her bank manager husband and she can hardly believe her luck. On Georgia’s fifteenth birthday, she suffers the cruellest betrayal of all at the hands of her foster father and is forced to run away, leaving everything she loves behind her. Georgia is soon introduced to the sleazy Soho world of brassy strippers, sweat shops, camaraderie and hardship.

Georgia has great ambition and a beautiful voice, and aims to have fame and fortune but even when she reaches the top she finds that the scars of the past can open up to ruin her.

This book is brilliant and teaches you a lesson about ambition and strength.

The next book I have decided to share with you is called Palomino by Danielle Steel.

This book is about a lady named Samantha Taylor who is absolutely shattered when her husband leaves her for another women. She puts her advertising career on hold and goes to a friend’s ranch in California, where she loses herself in the daily labor of ranch life. While she is living on the ranch, she learns the healing power of trusted friends, simple joys, and hard work. Samantha meets the ranch foreman, Tate Jordon and forms a relationship with him.

When Tate disappears and a fall from a horse changes Samantha’s life , she’s confined to a wheelchair and must look deep inside herself to finds the courage to begin again. Now, fighting the battles of the handicapped, she finds new challenges, new loves, and even adopted a child that she has longed for.

This book is truly great, and if you are a horse lover like myself, then this book is definitely the one for you.

The next book I am going to be telling you about is a book written by John Grisham called The Firm.

This book is about a guy named Mitch McDeere who starts working in a law firm and he thought that he and his beautiful wife, Abby, were on their way. The firm leased him a BMW which he paid for with his school loans, arranged a mortgage, and hired the McDeeres a decorator.  Mitch should have remembered what his brother Ray already knew: You never get nothing for nothing. Now the FBI has the lowdown on Mitch’s firm and needs his help. Mitch is caught between a rock and a hard place, with no choice–if he wants to live.

This a very good book and I highly recommend it to you, John is a very good author.

Hey everyone

The next book I have decided to tell you guys about is called Holding The Dream and it was written about one the best authors so far, Nora Roberts.

When I first started reading “grown up” novels, her books were the very first ones I read, and for a while she was my absolute favourite Author, I have pretty much read all of her books.

This particular book is about a girl named Kate who gets fired from her firm for suspected embezzlement, right before she was on a fast track to becoming a partner. To help Kate cope with the sudden changes in her work career, she returns to Pretenses, the exquisite boutique run by her friend Margo and sister Laura. When persistent, persuasive Byron de Witt enters her life, the flames of passion he ignites begin to burn as brightly as her all-consuming career ambitions.

I am going to have to put a pause on my 7 favourite books challenge so that I can talk to you guys about an absolutely adorable dog named Harvey.

Harvey is a Fawn French Bulldog with a tongue that is constantly hanging out of his mouth who went missing on the 12 July 2020 between 12-12:30 Midday in Northcliff by Joseph Avenue. If any of you see Harvey then please could you contact his owners on the number 079 880 2318 / 072 241 5079

The next book I have chosen is by another one of my favourite Authors, it is called Hope by Lesley Pearse.

This is a book about a girl named Hope. Hope was smuggled away from the Harveys and Briargate House to a nearby village. Hope grows up in a loving home with the Renton family, but she is very uncertain of her identity.  A chain of events forces Hope to lead a vagabond’s existence until she finds the courage to fight back and prove herself to be a fearless and able nurse, a vocation that takes her to the horrific battlefields of the Crime

Hopes secrets from the past aren’t done and she must return to England to face the legacy of her birth.

This is a truly inspirational book to read because it shows you the true meaning of what it means to be strong and hardworking.

Hey everyone

It is time for a new challenge, my top 10 favourite books.

The first one is actually a series of books called The Seven Sisters. It’s about 6 adopted sisters who lost their father in a tragic boat accident. Each sister has their own book explaining where they came from.

Their father left them each a clue as to where to start their search, I have read the first 3 books at the moment and it is by far my favourite series. The books are called The Seven Sisters, The Moon Sister, The Shadow Sister, The Storm Sister, The Sun Sister and The Pearl Sister.

I highly recommend you guys read these books and let me know what you think.
