The Reiki Touch

Hi everyone

Sorry it has taken me so long to write to you. I hope you all had an excellent Tuesday, I know I definitely did.

I have started learning about Reiki again and I would love to share some of it with you, because I think it is the most beautiful and interesting way of healing your mind, body and soul. Now I would love to explain every single thing about Reiki, however there is unfortunately not enough time , so for today I will be focusing on the 6 benefits of Reiki.

  • Transformative – This leads to lift- changing shifts in your mindset. It reveals your authentic self and purpose and it helps create a more abundant life.
  • Creates Balance- This tunes into energy on a quantum level. It harmonises physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers of your being.
  • Supports Well Being and Healing- This clears blockages and removes unwanted energy so that you feel renewed, centred, and more resilient, and also helps to relieve pain.
  • Safe and Complementary- Reiki is non-intrusive and can be used alongside conventional medicine and other therapies to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
  • Deepens Intuition- This can be adapted to any situation, challenge, or problem. This enriches everyday life and relationships.
  • Daily Self-Care- This provides deep relaxation and better quality sleep. Relieves stress anxiety, and increases mental vitality and clarity.

So those were all of the benefits of using Reiki. I hope you enjoyed learning with me and I will most definitely be making a Reiki post again.

I will now end with a quote from the greater of Reiki Mr Mikao Usui: “Just for today, do not worry. Just for today, do not anger. Honor your parents, teachers and elders. Earn your living honestly. Show gratitude to everything”.

Living Comfortably and Calmly

If there is light in the soul, there is beauty in the person. If there is beauty in the person, there is harmony in the house. If there is harmony in the house, there is order in the nation. If there is order in the nation, there will be peace on earth.

Feng Shui is about purifying the circulation in the air in your home and especially in your bedroom and workspace. Clearing and un-cluttering the space around you, strategically positioning your furniture, ornaments and plants to create balance and the free flow of energy is an essential part of Feng Shui as well as burning medical plants. This is a very effective way to treat infections, especially infections in your lungs, brain and skin. It also releases negative ions, that have been linked with states of harmony, balance and happiness.

I have been getting a lot of headaches lately and I haven’t really been sleeping well. So in order to get good Feng Shui in my bedroom, I am going to declutter my room so that it feels more open. I will also be removing my TV and other electrical appliances from my bedroom in order to get a good nights sleep and finally get rid of my headaches.
