One Thing To Hold Onto

Hey everyone

This past month has been a whirlwind of emotions, some happy, some sad.

A lot of people are getting really agitated while waiting for the lockdown to be lifted, so this is just something to help you get through this.

When you are worried that the lockdown will never get lifted, just think about the first thing you are going to do when it does get lifted properly, and just hold onto it. For me, the very first thing I am going to do is go straight to the dancing studio and dance my heart out.

Whenever you are feeling negative, replace your thoughts with something positive and I guarantee you will feel so much better. If you don’t, then comment on this post and I will reply to you.
